Storage vs. Road
Storage Trailers
These former road trailers still have plenty of utility serving as dry onsite storage. Available with overhead doors or swing (barn) doors, storage trailers are primarily used at loading docks or commercial warehouse lots. The most common sizes are 45′ – 48′, but please ask if you require something larger or smaller. Storage trailers are not registered for road use and cannot be transported with material inside; onsite storage uses only. Monthly rates available.Road Trailers
Our fleet of road registered dry vans are ready to haul your goods to their destination. Availble in 28′, 48′, and 53′ sizes. Dry van trailers can be used for regular road duty or dropped at your site as a flexible, mobile warehouse. Monthly and weekly rates are available. If trucking services are required, please contact our affiliated full-service transportation company, M&S Logistics LLC for a prompt rate quote.Flatbeds
Registered flatbed trailers are available for weekly or monthly rental. Ranging from 45′ and 48′ dual axle standard flatbed to 48′ and 53′ tri-axle stepdecks, our trailers are ready to move your flatbed freight throughout the region. We also carry specialized lowboy and extendable models. Please contact our related company, M&S Logistics LLC for flatbed rental and trucking quotes. -

Renting vs. Buying a Storage Trailer
When it comes to acquiring a trailer for your storage or transportation needs, deciding whether to rent or buy can be a significant choice. Here are some factors to consider to help you make the best decision for your situation:
Duration of Use:
- Short-term Needs: If you need a trailer for a temporary project or specific short-term use, renting may be more cost-effective. It allows you the flexibility to use the trailer as long as you need without committing to a purchase.
- Long-term Requirements: If you foresee ongoing or repeated needs for a trailer, purchasing may be more economical over time. Owning a trailer eliminates recurring rental costs and gives you access anytime you need it.
Budget Constraints:
- Initial Investment: Buying a trailer requires an upfront investment, which can be substantial. If you have the capital and expect to use the trailer extensively, this might be a viable option.
- Operational Budget: Renting can be more manageable as it spreads the cost over time and typically includes maintenance and repairs, reducing unexpected expenses.
Storage and Maintenance:
- Storage Space: If you have space to store a trailer safely when it’s not in use, buying might be feasible. Otherwise, consider renting, as storage logistics are handled by the rental company.
- Maintenance Responsibility: Owning a trailer means taking on the responsibility for its maintenance and repairs.
Customization Needs:
- Specific Modifications: If you need specific modifications or customizations, purchasing a trailer might be necessary.
- Standard Requirements: If standard trailer configurations suit your needs, renting offers variety and flexibility, allowing you to choose different types and sizes as your needs change.
